Utilizing mass timber in the form of DLT construction (Dowel Laminated Timber), the unique form of this architectural building was able to be created. Integrated with steel moment frames and reinforced concrete foundations to resist the debris flow torrent risks, the Fergie’s Café building provides a visually appealing and functional facility.
